WTF is a “MOOC“?  It’s a Massively Open Online Course developed by a college or university.  MOOC’s are revolutionizing college education.  The courses put a college education within reach of anyone, anywhere in the world.  Below is a video of one such MOOC and how it’s coming together in partnership with San Jose State University (that’s right in the heart of Silicon Valley, otherwise known as the poor man’s Stanford, which is just up the road, so to speak).

SJSU partnered with Silicon Valley-based online education startup, Udacity to offer college classes for credit, at an affordable $150 per course. Here is a look at the technology used in this partnership, and show how the startup and San Jose State say they are changing the face of higher education.
